Customer complained of water through ceiling downstairs. On closer inspection the stone resin tray was cracked arround the plug hole when we removed the tray this is what we found. a bad water seal arround the tray had rotted the floor and allowed the tray to drop into the rotten floor as this type of tray connot flex it caused the tray to crack . The tray had to be replaced with a new one ,the floor tiles and foor replaced and the existing cubicle doors replaced. a lot of work. the plumber who fitted it could not be traced and the bathroom was fitted less than 12 months previous |
